THE WEEKEND BOARD: ONE SLATE, EVERY GAME, 28 CLUBS
Four new Core contests take cards from any Sunday or Monday club. If your collection can field a legal five at all, it can field one here.
A fourth Classic slate joined the board tonight. Weekend takes every game from Sunday's first kickoff to Monday night's — 28 clubs this week — and carries four Core contests of its own:
| Contest | Shape | Closes |
|---|---|---|
| Core Weekend Fiat Frenzy | the flagship pool, paid down the field | Sun 12:55 PM ET |
| Core Weekend Tournament | a pool, the top half paid | Sun 12:55 PM ET |
| Core Weekend Prize Pack Party | PLUS packs by finishing band | Sun 12:55 PM ET |
| Core Weekend Double Up | the top half each win 1.8× their entry | Sun 12:55 PM ET |
Entry fees are on the board — every Weekend contest costs between 20 and 50 credits this week.
Why it exists: measured against the real catalogue, a thirty-card collection can field a legal Classic five from a 4-club slate about 5% of the time, from 16 clubs about 75%, and from 28 clubs about 94%. The Sunday, Afternoon and Primetime boards are unchanged — same contests, same fees, same start times as they were on Monday — and the narrower ones remain specialist boards for managers holding the right cards. The Weekend board is the one that is always open to a first-day collection.
Because Weekend closes with the early games, it is the board to build before 12:55 PM Sunday.
